Incremental Improvement And The Racer Workout

Being the personal fitness instructor for celebrity athletes like Kasey Kahne of NASCAR and Joey Saldana affords me access that many would only dream of.  I am Russ Bohaty, and folks call me ”the Racers Trainer”. I can be found at RacersTrainer.com. There we go over the physical and mental secrets to fantastic achievement both on and off the track.  So when it comes to off the track, people are always asking: What is he like?  I don’t consider my answer to this question a matter of trivia.  See it is what they are really like that matters on all areas and whether they are a success.

Maybe the better question is what do they all have in common that might lead to their unique and special results. Numerically speaking the odds are against anybody becoming a race car driver on the professional level. Yet these folks have done it and excel at the highest level among the best of the best.  Why?

Frankly, it is a combination of a lot of things. Yet the common denominator is their ability to understand the law of cause and effect in the present moment and to implement that law on their behalf.  Basically they understand that right now and wherever they want to go is all that matters. Mistakes or failures of the past are meaningless in the larger picture. Failures are only instructive. They take the lessons and go forward better.  In the context of my training program for racers which I tailor to their individual needs, they only want small incremental improvement in the moment and then more the next session.

The incremental improvements add up to very special one-of-a-kind results.  I would say that their willingness to take that approach to my racer’s workouts is just them doing what they have always done in other areas of their lives.  There are no overnight successes and no one can reach the great heights forward without falling on their faces.  We go over the mental aspect of race and life success until they are part of us in my Helmet Talks series.

Self Improvement Revolves Around Our Thoughts About Our Own Bodies

Being a society, we’re constantly bombarded with images depicting perfect bodies. The appearance of plastic cosmetic surgery techniques, and various treatments and injections, have created a society of people that have pinched, tucked, and injected their distance to becoming the stereotypical perfect 10. If you are in constant search for physical self improvement PLR, it is possible to forget strengths of the body. This leads to destructive physical and mental behavior. Stop negative thinking, in relationship to body image, and commence developing positive thoughts and actions.

A positive body image involves the acceptance of all good and bad reasons for having your system. What this means is taking a look at your body and making the choice to find something positive. If you are completing this simple self improvement MRR exercise, think about all the things the body can perform. This can include anything from the body’s power to have a short walk or even the power to enjoy your children. Additionally, think on a healthy body. If you are a person who goes to the doctor a handful of times annually recognize this gift. Certainly, someone using a severe illness would gladly trade, your perceived imperfections, for a healthy body.

If you’re overweight, not obsess about the current state of one’s body. We tend to obsess unnecessarily, feeding into anything and everything, in relationship to weight loss. Pack away or give away items associated with fat loss that are not being used and possess accumulated through the years. This consists of self improvement RR books or self-improvement tapes on weight loss. Items collecting dust only increase our feelings of failure. Instead, channel exactly the same energy into finding another worthwhile cause. Have a class inside a topic of great interest, volunteer, or get a magazine you would like to read. Each is worthwhile and healthy activities.

Self-improvement advice when focusing on a positive body image includes looking at regular people. When you’re inside a large crowd look around. Once you to research the crowd the amount of people have a great body? When answering this question, you are likely to say none. People have unique features and flaws which make them wonderfully different. The planet will be a boring and uniform place if most of us had perfect bodies. Remember to celebrate your own body type.

Wear clothing that increases your self-esteem. Wear clothes which are comfortable and appear nice. Wearing the right cut will increase your self-esteem. Eliminate tight clothing or pieces with an unflattering fit, and present these to any number of charitable organizations. If you do not own any clothing that suits correctly, purchase inexpensive items and possess them altered.

Last, consume food making you are feeling good. Get your meals at least 6 fruits or vegetables each day and watch your intake of caffeine and sugar. Such foods cause you to feel sluggish and tired. In case you are sluggish and tired, it really is not as likely you may feel physically motivated. This isn’t going after the positive goal of increasing your sense of self-improvement. Moving around, doing any physical activity, or making the effort to exercise will help you feel better.

Why won’t a Guy Marry You

Why won’t my Man Marry Me?  This is a complex question that we receive pretty frequently nowadays.  This is a complex question that can only be properly answered by knowing the situation in detail.   After that level of informed analysis, you can apply its possible conclusions to your situation.   Men marry for different reasons.   For some men it is simply a time-delayed process wherein he gets to a certain comfort level and then commits.

Most men have a built-in calculation process – the Love Equation – that compares the cost of commitment – i.e. his freedom – to the benefit derived – you.   If the answer to that equation is heavily skewed in his favor – he will commit.   Conversely, if the answer is marginal or negative then he very often will drift away.   Given more time, his tendency will crystallize into a hardened condition resulting in disappearance.

While there is a certain clichéd connotation to the phrase, it is a fact of life that there is a certain point in a man’s life when he wants to settle down.  This allows him to easily give up his single life – for something better.   The better the alternative to being single is – the greater the possibility that he will marry.

It may seem like getting married is in conflict with or reduces his career aspirations.   This is typically more of an issue for very career-oriented men.   This is a special situation requiring the woman to alter her plans to generate the feeling on the part of the man that his career aspirations are heightened – not lessened – by marrying you.  Attempting to get ex back from a withdrawn status or lack of commitment is heightened by your awareness of these facts.

Lifestyle differences and financial issues also greatly affect a man’s willingness to take the big step of getting married.  If a man’s finances are not in order, if he does not have good credit, or if there are financial commitments that might greatly impact an altered lifestyle, then these are matters that must be dealt with prior to him making that big decision.  Your chance to win your ex back, is greatly improved via a thorough understanding of these principles.

He may be spoiled by having his cake and eating it too.  This is a recent production of an advanced society.   In decades past – in prior generations, mainly – it was common for women to hold back their total ‘gift’ to the man until they married.  Most men enjoy all that a woman brings to the relationship within a matter of weeks, thereby removing this point of negotiation from the woman’s arsenal.  Knowing all of this may, indeed, help to get ex back.

Depression and Anxiety – The Evil Twins

There are millions of Americans who suffer from anxiety-related disorders – often with the end result being a panic attack. Often, people who suffer from the anxiety also have the evil twin of depression.   This condition is typically present in women more often than men – although men are certainly not immune from this duality of disorder.

There has been much research in the direction of cause-and-effect of the connection between these two disorders.   While there is no conclusive evidence as to the exact link between the two disorders there is clearly a connection.

A surprising number of cases involve a significantly delayed medical solution because the presence of deep depression caused the patient to avoid treatment.  Because the symptoms of an anxiety attack resemble other health events – like a heart attack or asthma – depressed patients are often too afraid to even ask for help, sustaining a panic attack.

The typical approach in terms of treatment includes both medication, for symptomatic relief, and behavioral therapy to get at the root cause of the aberrant thinking.  What is in need of attention in extreme sufferers is the replacement of their inappropriate reaction to unknown events – a primary causal indicator – with appropriate processing of anxiety-provoking stimuli.

The effect of the presence of both of The Evil Twins – Anxiety and Depression – is that they reinforce and exacerbate one another in a progressive spiral which often can generate the most severe panic attack. The depressed person is often alone with their misery – feeling hopeless and experiencing a progressive reduction of self-image and self-worth.  If the person is by nature one characterized by sensitivity or is highly emotional, this alone can generate the start of the anxiety spiral.  The presence of a deflated ego and self-image often causes the depressed sufferer to assume that their condition is untreatable.

All of these characteristics of the combination of anxiety and depression reinforce their worsened condition until, often, the person become almost totally non-functional in terms of their ability to handle the load of everyday events.

The simultaneous treatment of Depression and Anxiety can be very effective and it is generally recognized that real behavioral therapy cannot be effective in the patient whose depression prevents the acceptance of the possibility of improvement.

Most duality treatment regimens include both significant lifestyle changes along with pure tranquilizers – like Valium – to treat the physical symptoms and antidepressants to impact the anxiety.  The effectiveness of these medications is very good, especially in the category of Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors (SSRI’s).  SSRI’s like Prozac and Zoloft work to cause the beneficial Serotonin to remain active in the brain instead of being reabsorbed by the producing cell.  SSRI’s often produce dramatic reductions in depression.

Once the Depression is in remission, it is possible to begin treating the aberrant thinking that produces the anxiety – and eliminate it and anxiety attacks.

Depression in Damaged Relationships

Everyone has known couples whose relationship is under stress.   The issue is serious and often sad to watch unfold.  In certain circumstances it is best for both partners to go their separate ways.   On the other hand, and this is clearly the instance where it is heart-wrenching to observe, there are those instances where the two people are made for each other and are desperately in love.  These are the most saddening ones and the ones that we would all like to try and help.   The subject of this article is the presence of Depression and its cause and effect in such relationships.

Let us start with the obvious question that is always asked in these situations. We should begin with the chicken-and-egg scenario that is obviously posed by any question regarding Depression in relationships.  Did the relationship create or contribute to the existence of Depression on the part of one or both parties in a relationship or was Depression produced by the stress of a damaged relationship?  Answering that question if often the precursor to adequate treatment as well as relationship mending.

Relationships under stress naturally produce a general level of stress in the lives of its partners.  If one – or both for that matter – of the parties is sensitive to begin with, it may produce an emotional disorder that we generally refer to as Depression.  The effects of Depression are widespread and have been well-documented in written text but should, nonetheless, be repeated in this article.

Depression produces widespread physical and emotional effects – from loneliness and sadness to hopelessness and despair, along with physical symptoms like sleeplessness, weight loss, headache, even nausea, and associated disinterest in even favored friends, family and interests.

If your relationship is under strain and it sustains the added weight of any health issue with one of the partners then there are even greater pressures on it.   The good news is that physicians and lovers can often recognize depression as an effect of stressful relationships.   Not unlike a partner helping his/her mate deal with diabetes or cancer, this can also be shown as a positive influence on the relationship if the healthy partner jumps in to save their mate from a worsening condition.

If your situation – i.e. a damaged relationship – has produced any level of depression, then you should seek medical attention at once.  People with Depression are often the least able to see its affects.  This is a condition that requires both medication and therapy.

If the two of you are wise and caring individuals, you would be well advised to table any serious discussions about your relationship until the depression is under control.  Naturally, the question is often posed when we wonder this:  Can the Depression be relieved without dealing with the strained relationship.  This exact disorder-and-relationship problem duet vis-à-vis Depression has been dealt with successfully countless times by physicians.

If your Ex is depressed and you are trying to get ex back or are planning to win your ex back you should soundly understand how depression is manifest in this situation.  Making sure that you both get medical as well as relationship advice before trying to get your ex back will be important for both of you.
