My self esteem isn’t low or anything but I’m always worried about what people think of my and that normally causes me to skip out on a lot of stuff, be really quiet, or start sweating in a lot of situations. How can I boost my self esteem and become more confident?

quite rightly you may not necesarilly have low self esteem but you are heading in that direction. your challange isn’t low self esteem it’s a lack of self discovery. know who you are what you want to become, who you want to be and you’ll find out that there’s something inside that propels you toward that. further more when you discover yourself you automatically make a selection of who to relate with and it makes interaction easeir. remember, what people think does not make you , what you think makes you.
