i think “she keeps it up i just might tell her so” refers too “this rejection has got me so low”, the previous line. wayo i think is just a strange vocalization simply to add to the song. when he says like a disease and i dont know how much more i can spend i think he means how much more patience/time he can spend on her. dunno if thats right but thats what i got out of it
