    Maybe hanging out with friends more. meeting new people/making new friends. Try even going to the gym or working out more.

    Give yourself a pep talk in the mirror, tell yourself eye to eye all the positive things you know about yourself.

    It may sound silly but it works.

    Tell yoruself you are a beautiful strong and talented individual, even if you don’t believe it yet. Tell yourself something enough and you will eventually.

    The best way I have found is to pretend that you have high self esteem when in social situations. You will find that people will accept it, and it will become real. Make it like a game, or a little play in your mind.
    Moreover, you can find things you are good at, and practice them and share them.

    The worst problem with humans is that the bad things are so much easier to accept than the good things… but more often, the good things are much more important… and negative people get bent when good things go on in the lives around them and try to bring them down.

    First of all start doing things you enjoy doing. There’s always something we enjoy…so if you haven’t figured out what it is, then start trying new things. After a while of doing it you’ll start getting better at it and at the same time you’ll be enjoying it soo that’ll make you feel better because people will also realize that you are very good at that particular thing (you will see their reactions ;) …of course you’ll find people who will act like they see nothing… BUT that is the group of people who will do the best job for your self steem boost because most of the time it’s just jealousy…yes jealousy exists everywhere and many times where you least expect it ;) Many People don’t want to see others happy and successful so they will do anything to change that…they want no one but THEMSELVES to be the center of attention… remember that one !!! Im giving you this advise because i used to feel like you right now and I started going to the gym one day …i just went by a gym and out of nowhere signed up for it, nobody ever told me, noone went with me, i had never thought of it. Ever since then I have realized that i lovee the gym and i do aerobics class and thankfully have gotten very good at it. Now so many people talk to me at the gym and everyone says hi…I can FEEL what they are thinking..and some have already told me I should try to become a trainer. That, no matter how hard it is to believe, has affected me in all aspects of my life. I feel a lot better about myself, besides the stamina I get from exercise, knowing that im doing good at the gym gives me desire to wake up the next morning and go to work and go to school…and do good at those as well…Right now I feel so good Im so thankful for my life as well…so I hope this message helps you somehow the way it has helped me… Good Luck!!!
